All I know is, if you don't figure out this something, you'll just stay ordinary, and it doesn't matter if it's a work of art, or a taco, or a pair of socks! Just create something... new, and there it is, and it's you, out in the world, outside of you, and you can look at it, or hear it, or read it, or feel it... and you know a little more about... you. A little bit more than anyone else does... Does that make any sense at all?
Photographer Jerry Hull captured these adorable images of this female Red Fox known as “Chloe” playing, stretching and sleeping in the snow.
Shout out to all of the oldest children…who were used as the tester kids and now watch their younger siblings get away with shit you would have been killed for.. Justice will never be restored
Today I bought a ten-trip for the train as a cost-effective way of riding this month. I will be missing two weeks and the $325 seemed ridiculous, this option knocks off about a hundred. [yay free money]
On top of that though, there is really nice conductor.
Really nice conductor has been on my train since the summer, he’s very friendly and we say ‘good morning, how are you?’ to each other all the time. It progressed into random small talk and over the summer I found he got married in Florida one week and he found out I’m getting married next week.
Really nice conductor usually doesn’t look at my monthly tickets because once he knows I have it there’s almost no point, he knows I’m good for it.
So today I was going to tell him about my ten-trip and sort of [in this weird childlike way because I can’t function as a human] handed it towards him and he just smiled and nodded toward me but not looking at me and walked away. I felt weird, maybe he didn’t hear me and just figured I got my October monthly. I thought to myself that I would bring it up when I left the train.
He came up to my seat somewhere after Syosett and said “You know, your September monthly is still good until 10” with a wink and I said “oh I know but I won’t be getting a monthly—-” he shhed me and said “I know” smiled and kept walking.
Dude purposefully gave me a free train ticket.
I just like nice people who are nice when they really have no reason to be. I haven’t experienced that in the metropolitan area very often.
One day when I stop being so goddamned awkward and shy I’ll ask him his name and we can be for real friends maybe.
- Have you ever read the script and gone “You want me to do… what?” (x)
